• Panel discussion: Maximizing Mid-Career: The Strategic "Yes"  examines the vast landscape of certificates, credentials, and non-traditional pathways, from community colleges to the U.S. Tech Force initiative that empower mid-career professionals to intentionally pivot their expertise and master new mission-critical skills.
• Lightning Rounds: Candid stories from peers on navigating pivotal personal and professional moments.
• Networking Reception: Connect with new peers, exchange perspectives, and strengthen the relationships that will support you throughout your career!
