Kristyn Ream

Kristyn Ream is a national security and emerging technology leader with more than 15 years of experience spanning the Intelligence Community, defense innovation ecosystem, and private sector. She has held senior roles at organizations including L3Harris, In-Q-Tel, Lockheed Martin, and MITRE, where she led cross-sector and Interagency partnerships, shaped technology strategy, built new programs and products serving the national security community, and advanced mission outcomes for DoD and IC stakeholders. In addition to her executive work, Kristyn is an ICF-certified career and leadership coach who supports national security professionals at every stage of their careers, helping them navigate complex environments, strengthen their leadership capabilities, and achieve meaningful professional growth. She is deeply committed to developing mission-driven talent and contributing to a resilient, future-ready national security workforce.
