Adrienne L. Gizicki brings almost two decades of experience as an organizational change management consultant and certified executive coach supporting the national security and intelligence enterprise. She has advised senior leaders across the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Department of War (DoW), and key intelligence community components, delivering strategic clarity to the federal government's most complex transformation challenges.

As a Director at Partner Forces, she drives change management engagements while mentoring the next generation of consulting leaders. Adrienne leads strategic planning, organizational realignment, and analytic production improvements. At the Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), she supports the Office of the National Coordinator's Critical Infrastructure Intelligence Initiative (CI3), connecting critical infrastructure stakeholders with actionable solutions.

A Certified Professional Coach (CPC) credentialed through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), Adrienne coaches federal executives and senior government leaders through complex change.

Her clients know her as an "honest broker,” someone who builds trusted partnerships at the senior executive level and translates complex organizational dynamics into practical strategies.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The George Washington University and lives in Washington, DC, with her dog Poppy.
