On Tuesday, April 27, from 2:00-3:00 pm ET, Acting Assistant Secretary of State for the Bureau of Intelligence and Research, Kin Moy, and Assistant Director of National Intelligence and IC CFO, Trey Treadwell, will join moderator Lindy Kyzer, Senior Editor at ClearanceJobs.com, for Episode Two of the Future of the IC Workforce campaign, "Adapting the IC Workforce: Recruiting, Retaining, Training, and Re-Skilling."The conversation will examine how we can reimagine the traditional IC work model and use lessons learned from the pandemic to build and grow a diverse, talented workforce.

About the Speakers
Kin Moy is the Acting Assistant Secretary of State in the Bureau of Intelligence and Research (INR). Prior, he served as Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of INR from 2019 t0 2021. Mr. Moy has been a Foreign Service Officer for 29 years and held a variety of leadership positions. His most recent diplomatic assignment was as Chief of Mission of the American Institute in Taiwan. Other roles have included Deputy Assistant Secretary of State in the Bureau of East Asian and Pacific Affairs; Deputy Executive Secretary in the Office of Secretary of State Hillary Clinton; and Director of the Executive Secretariat Staff in the Office of Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice. In addition to his Washington assignments, Mr. Moy has served in the U.S. Embassy in Beijing, the U.S. Embassy in Seoul, and the U.S. Consulate in Busan.
Trey Treadwell is the Assistant Director of National Intelligence and the IC's CFO, a role to which he was appointed in July 2018. Prior, Mr. Treadwell was involved in the ODNI Transformation, focused on the realignment and strategic refocusing of the ODNI; served on detail to the NRO as Deputy Director of Business Plans and Operations Directorate and Deputy Chief Financial Officer; and served at the Executive Office of the President and the Office of Budget Management, among other roles. Mr. Treadwell also spent time in industry at General Dynamics and PricewaterhouseCoopers supporting the intelligence and national security missions. Mr. Treadwell's career began in the U.S. Air Force, where he served for 11 years.About the Moderator
Lindy Kyzer is the Senior Editor at ClearanceJobs.com, the premier career networking site for security-cleared professionals, where she has worked since 2011.
