Dr. Victoria Hoiles

Dr. Victoria Hoiles is the Director of CIA’s Center for Global Health Services. She has served at the Agency since June 2000, starting as Clinical Psychologist in the Directorate of Support’s Office of Medical Services, or OMS. Her other previous assignments include Deputy Director of OMS, Chief of Staff for the Directorate of Support, Executive Assistant to the Deputy Director of CIA, and Chief of the Employee Assistance Program. Prior to joining the CIA, Dr. Hoiles was a forensic psychologist with the District of Columbia Commission on Mental Health Services. She earned her Ph.D. in clinical psychology from The Catholic University of America in 1996. Originally from Whittier, California, she grew up an LA Dodgers fan, but since meeting her husband in 2009 she has been rooting for the Washington Nationals and was over-the-moon after their 2019 World Series Championship.
