Dr. Quin Cahee

Dr. Quintrella V. Cahee was appointed as the Deputy Director of Open Source Enterprise for the Directorate of Digital Innovation in 2022. Quin has served with the Agency since 1991 holding a variety of positions, including: Deputy Director, Talent for Directorate of Digital Innovation, Chief of Staff, Directorate of Digital Innovation, Chief, Internal CIA Governance Team, Open Source Enterprise, Senior OSINT Advisor to the Director of National Intelligence, and Senior Open Source Center Representative to the United States Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM).

Quin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Grambling State University; a Masters of Business Administration from McNeese State University; and a Doctorate of Ministry degree from Virginia University of Lynchburg.  She is an ordained Baptist minister, an adjunct professor at a local seminary and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
