Heather Hogan

Heather Hogan is an experienced leader, educator, and lifelong learner. As President of Red Arch Solutions, she is responsible for the entire operations of the company. Her roles include tech stack solutioning and implementation, business strategy and development, customer engagement, employee development and program quality assurance. 

Heather has more than 20 years of technology and consulting experience. She has worked with small to mid-size companies to design, develop and implement innovative data modernization, cloud, cyber and analytic solutions across the Intelligence Community. The result has allowed systems to communicate and analytics to get to the right warfighter at the right time. Prior to working in the IC community, Ms. Hogan spent 6 years in the Education Industry where she was an Elementary Special Education Teacher.

Heather earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education with a Special Education focus from NC Wesleyan College, and a Master Certificate in Government Contract Management from Villanova University.  She is also PMP and CAL certified and is a member/volunteer of Girl Scouts Central MD, MD STEM Festival, and is a Foster Care life coach.
