Women as Mentors (Tuesday, July 7 | 2:00 pm ET)
This insightful panel will not only highlight the value of women-to-women mentorship but also the value that women bring to all mentoring relationships in the workplace. Panelists will share their experiences with challenging the gendered idea of mentorship and provide examples of workable tools for incorporating mentoring best practices into an organization.

Ignite Rounds (Wednesday, July 8 | 2:00 pm ET)
Done in the style of TED Talks, each speaker will give a short presentation focused on the unique power of women with an opportunity for audience members to engage in a Q&A at the end.
