Tiffany Shaffery is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Assertive Professionals, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned and Woman-Owned small business providing cleared personnel and mission support services to the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and Department of Homeland Security. Founded in 2015, Assertive Professionals supports national security missions by helping organizations develop compliant, mission ready workforces.
A U.S. Army veteran, Tiffany served as a Military Police Officer and Human Intelligence Collector with deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Intelligence Operations from American Military University and an Executive MBA from Virginia Tech. Tiffany is a strong advocate for veteran transition, workforce readiness, and small business participation within the national security ecosystem.
