Mel Kepler is a facilitator with Deloitte’s Internal Facilitation Team, as well as an ICF-certified coach. Previously she was a coach, a facilitator, and a training consultant with LMI. Her specialties include leadership development, employee engagement, training development and execution, cultural assessment and strategy, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility principles.

Prior to joining industry in 2018, Mel spent more than a decade with the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) in a variety of roles. She was a staff officer, intelligence analyst, tradecraft specialist, and human resources professional. She founded the NGA Parents Network, an employee-driven organization to support working parents by offering information and services, building community, and advocating for parent needs to leadership. In her first contractor role, she supported external communications for the Office of the Director of National Intelligence.
Mel is an International Coaching Federation-credentialed Associate coach, a Gallup-certified CliftonStrengths coach, a CoachDiversity Inc-certified Associate Diversity coach, and a certified culture facilitator through Veritas Culture. She holds a bachelor’s in linguistics from the University of Michigan College of Literature, Science, and the Arts and is working on her Master of Adult and Continuing Education from Rutgers.

In her spare time, Mel enjoys saving the world with her friends, drinking a truly inadvisable amount of coffee, working on no fewer than three crochet projects, and laughing at her children.
