Mary Quinn

Executive Director for Intelligence

Ms. Quinn was appointed as the Executive Director of Intelligence in March 2024. She is an experienced executive with extensive experience leading intelligence organizations in the government and private sector.

She joined TSA from Deloitte Consulting where she served as a senior advisor in the Defense, Security and Justice sector providing program and operational leadership in the intelligence community with a particular focus on incorporating emerging technologies to advance core capabilities in analysis, collection and data management. Prior to her tenure with Deloitte, she was a Senior Executive with the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security (OUSD I&S) with leadership positions in mission management, workforce development, programs and policy in Washington DC and at US Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM). Earlier in her career, Ms. Quinn served as an intelligence analyst, collection manager and targeteer; she began her career as an Army Intelligence officer following her commission from Georgetown University Army ROTC program.

In addition to her undergraduate degree, she has masters’ degrees in Latin American History from Stanford University and National Security & Strategy from the Naval War College. Ms. Quinn has a certificate from Harvard University’s Kennedy School for Senior Executives in National and International Security and completed the National Defense University’s Capstone Program. She is an adjunct instructor in Georgetown University’s Security Studies Program and is a member of the DIA Alumni Board of Directors.
