Kristin Wood is the former CEO & President of The Grist Mill Exchange and a former senior executive at CIA. During her 20-year CIA career, she served in three directorates – analysis, operations, and digital innovation – specializing in transforming existing programs or building new capabilities.
Ms. Wood was a President’s Daily Brief briefer for Vice President Cheney and his National Security Advisor, led the Director’s Analytic Support Team, built and led the Agency’s Advanced Analyst Program, and served as the Deputy Chief of a Middle East-focused operations division. Her final role in government was as the Deputy Director of the Innovation and Technology Group at the Open Source Center.
