John DeSimone

As Everfox’s Chief Operating Officer, John DeSimone leads the company’s global technology organizations including product, engineering, and information technology to strengthen Everfox’s connection between strategy, innovation, execution, and customer success.
 
John brings more than 30 years of executive leadership experience to Everfox across defense, intelligence, cybersecurity, and technology. Throughout his career, he has led large-scale organizations responsible for delivering mission-critical capabilities to government and commercial customers while driving innovation, operational excellence, and business growth. He is particularly recognized for aligning product, engineering, technology, and operations into high-performing organizations that deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.
 
Before joining Everfox, John served as Chief Executive Officer of Nightwing, where he led the company through its separation from RTX and into its next phase of growth. Previously, he served as President of Raytheon’s Cybersecurity, Intelligence & Services business, overseeing one of the industry’s largest portfolios supporting government, defense, and intelligence customers.
 
Earlier in his career, John held senior leadership positions with CSRA, CSC, and IBM, where he led large-scale product, engineering, technology, and operational teams supporting complex government and enterprise missions.
