U.S. Space Force Intelligence

Colonel Jesse Rosenbaum serves as the Chief Data and AI Officer (CDAO) for the Deputy Chief of Space Operations for Intelligence at Headquarters United States Space Force. He leads policy and guidance development for integrating current and future intelligence-related AI initiatives, directs engagements with international and commercial partners, and oversees a portfolio of space capabilities for the U.S. Space Force Intelligence enterprise. A career intelligence officer, prior to his current assignment he served as Director of Military Forces at NSA/CSS (IMA), leading over 6,800 joint military personnel, and as Department Chair and Professor of Aerospace Studies at UC Berkeley. Colonel Rosenbaum held multiple roles related to the integration of data and artificial intelligence with warfighting and national security and is a recognized leader in advancing AI adoption in national security environments.

Colonel Rosenbaum commissioned through the Reserve Officer Training Corps at Boston University and holds an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
