Jennifer Webster

Jen Webster is currently the National Security Partner Sales Manager for Google Public Sector.  She has supported the US Federal Government as an executive and senior consultant for twenty five years.  She has successfully led critical National Security program teams undergoing technology modernization and transformations. Jen is experienced in leading no fail programs and teams bringing stakeholders together and adhering to tight deadlines.

Previously, Jen worked at MetroStar Systems as the Senior Director for Strategy and Growth for National Security, Greymatter.io leading public sector sales, and Amazon Web Services as the account executive and team lead within the Intelligence Community.  Additionally she has served as a government consultant for Defense and National Security customers leading consulting teams and programs for digital modernization programs with Eagle Ray, Inc., The Analysis Corporation,  and The MITRE Corporation.  She worked for Schlumberger as a Wireline Engineer in the Gulf of Mexico providing services to international oil companies.

Jen holds a bachelor’s degree in Physics and Russian with a minor in Mathematics from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln and a master’s degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia.  She has been a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2008.

Jen now serves as an INSA Advisory Committee member and volunteers for her children’s sports teams.  She previously served on the INSA AI Subcommittee, was a Girl Scout Troop leader, and was on the board of her children’s school PTA. She is married with two children residing in Annandale, VA.
