Jeff Smeraglinolo

Jeff Smeraglinolo is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Apira Technologies, Inc, an emerging technology company operating at the leading edge of augmented reality, computer vision, 3D rendering, and AI/ML. Prior to Apira, Jeff co-founded and was President of MissionTech Solutions, which was acquired in 2020 by Avantus Federal.  MissionTech was a boutique software and data company focused on providing high-end technology services to the Federal Government. Prior to founding MissionTech, he worked for Amazon Web Services (AWS) as Business Operations Manager of National Security. He also served as Chief Operating Officer of a small cloud company where he regularly interfaced with In-Q-Tel to bring leading commercial technology to the IC.  Prior to that he was a Manager in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ intelligence community practice.  He earned an MBA with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management where he graduated with distinction, and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting Information Systems from Stetson University. He possesses Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma, and ITIL Expert certifications.
