Jason Gallaspy has been a part of Huntsville’s technical community since 1999, when he began working at Dynetics (now a Leidos company). Jason is the Chief Technology Officer for Aerospace Systems within Leidos’ Defense Systems Sector. In this role, he develops and implements innovative technical strategies across a broad portfolio that includes space, hypersonics, cyber, sensors, microelectronics, and intelligence.

Jason has served in a variety of expanding leadership roles while staying anchored to technical problem solving. His experience spans the land, sea, air, space, and cyber domains, to include sensors, missiles, radars, satellites, electronic warfare, signatures, test & evaluation, and modeling & simulation. His teams have created a variety of high-visibility technical solutions for Department of Defense and Intelligence Community customers, from early R&D through design, production, and deployment.

Jason holds Master of Science and Bachelor degrees in electrical engineering from Auburn University.  He is a Leidos Technical Fellow and a recipient of Dynetics’ R. Duane Hays Award for Excellence in Engineering.  In his spare time, Jason enjoys performing as a musician in church, school, and volunteer events.
