Frank Puleo

Frank Puleo is the Vice President of Sales for Government, Defense & Intelligence (GDI) at Oracle. He joined the organization following a 15-year tenure at a leading global System Integrator (SI), where he most recently served as Vice President of the Intel Innovation and Infrastructure Division. In that role, he spearheaded growth across digital transformation, data science, and cybersecurity, with a dedicated focus on IT modernization for Intelligence Community (IC) clients.

A specialist in navigating the regulatory complexities of the Federal sector, Frank leverages deep industry relationships to accelerate Oracle’s cloud footprint. His expertise in security-first architecture and IC/FedRAMP compliance ensures Oracle’s mission-critical capabilities remain tightly aligned with the evolving needs of government partners.

Frank holds an MBA from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Mary Washington. He resides in Chantilly, VA, with his wife and their young child.
