Ms. Yanker has developed, facilitated and coached at the Executive Level for National Intelligence Community Agencies, Non-Profits and Training Organizations.  Her strategic ability to create custom programs to meet client needs and integrate systemic activities at all levels is rare.  She has co-created and facilitated Coaching Certificate programs, Executive Leadership Development Programs, Mid-Level Manager Programs, Strategic Task Force Teams and Peer Coaching Programs.  Ms. Yanker developed Team Development Training Programs and Train the Trainer Programs for nation-wide businesses.
