Dylan Leckie

Dylan Leckie operates Base-2 Solutions, a boutique IT WOSB nurturing user-centric design and innovation to develop mission-focused technological solutions in support of our Department of Defense, national security mission, and the forward-deployed Warfighter. The company specializes in Zero Trust, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, DevSecOps, and Data Engineering. Dylan began supporting the DoD immediately after undergraduate school, first on a rapid-prototyping project in support of our Naval Forces. While supporting the Navy, Dylan completed a master’s program at Georgetown University. Dylan has spent her career on client-site supporting S&T programs. She has personally supported a number of technical projects on-site to include the build out of a DevSecOps solution as part of a cybersecurity engineering team within the IC. Base-2’s expertise includes software engineering, cybersecurity, big data analytics, and DevSecOps as evidenced by its current and past contract execution in support of DIA, NSA, NGA, USN, USAF, NASIC, and DHS.   

With over 60 cleared personnel at the TS/SCI level with polygraph, Base-2 continues to grow at a rapid pace with a recent prime contract win architecting a secure Zero Trust Solution for a DoD/IC customer. Dylan continues to support DIA which she has called home for almost a decade. She resides in Washington, DC with her husband and their daughter and puppy. 

Dylan has participated in multiple INSA events to include as a speaker at the Small Business Showcase Series and the INSA Acquisition Retention Panel.
