ODNI

Brad Schulteis has over 20 years of enterprise IT experience across the public and private sectors. He currently serves as Deputy IC CIO, since his appointment in December of 2024, where he is responsible for advancing the Intelligence Community's mission by driving secure collaboration, integration, and information sharing; identifying and addressing information enterprise risks; and providing strategic leadership and oversight of the IC's enterprise architecture and enterprise information technology. Before his return to federal service, he spent three years at Slalom Consulting, where he led the commercial Cloud & Security Enablement practice for the Washington, DC market. Prior to Slalom, he spent nearly seven years at Rackspace as Senior Director of Global Government Solutions where he built a global team of government cloud security SMEs focused on security control inheritance, lowering barriers to entry into the government vertical. Before Rackspace, he launched the federal practice at an IQT backed Silicon Valley software startup. He also served as one of the original cleared Solution Architects at AWS, bringing C2S into the IC. Before AWS, he was a DIA employee, managing the precursors to cloud services and supporting the original ICITE initiatives. He enjoys working with complex requirements and driving change throughout large enterprises.
