Dr. Anna Rubinstein is the Director of AI and Autonomy Testing at Anduril. Previously she established the office of the Chief of Responsible AI at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), and served as the Director of Test and Evaluation for Project Maven, the Department of Defense's largest AI program. Prior to these roles, she served as a science advisor in the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency’s (DARPA) Information Innovation Office, and as a Research Staff Member in system evaluation at the Institute for Defense Analyses (IDA). Dr. Rubinstein holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering and Materials Science from Princeton University, where she was a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellow. She is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, and was a 2022 Center for a New American Security (CNAS) Next Generation National Security Fellow.
