Col Aaron Cochran USSF

Colonel Aaron Cochran is the Commander, Aerospace Data Facility Colorado, Buckley Space Force Base, Colorado. He is responsible for leading a 4,000 member, joint-agency, multi-national, and multi-mission intelligence operations center conducting collection, analysis, reporting, and dissemination of vital intelligence information in support of defense and other government operations around the world. Additionally, as the Space Delta 20 Commander, Col Cochran is responsible for leading Space Force personnel assigned to multiple facilities.

Colonel Cochran served 11 years enlisted before receiving his commission in 2003 from the Officer Training School at Maxwell AFB, Alabama. His commissioned operational assignments include ICBM, Space Aggressor, Weapons School, the National Reconnaissance Office, Cyber, and Overhead Persistent Infrared Operations. Additionally, he has served on the Air Staff and the Headquarters Staff of the National Reconnaissance Office in the Mission Operations Directorate. Prior to his current position, Col Cochran was the Commander at Mission Delta 4, Buckley Space Force Base, Colorado.
