INSF Announces 2026 Board of Trustees
Arlington, VA (April 2, 2026)—The Intelligence and National Security Foundation (INSF) today announced its newly elected 2026 Board of Trustees. Led by INSF Chairwoman Letitia A. Long, the Board provides strategic guidance and oversight for INSF’s mission to advance public understanding of intelligence, strengthen the national security workforce, and support educational and professional development initiatives across the community.
New Trustees:
- Stephen Gillotte, Chief Executive Officer, Reinventing Geospatial, Inc. (RGi)
- Amber Nicholas, Principal, Account Executive, National Security, Amazon Web Services
- Gary Ross, Former Director, National Security and Intelligence Graduate Program, Texas A&M University-The Bush School of Government and Public Service
“We are thrilled to have these leaders on our Board,” said INSF President Suzanne Wilson Heckenberg. “They bring a wealth of passion, knowledge, and experience, which will be invaluable as the Foundation deepens its efforts to support students, develop mid-career professionals, and advance a strong, mission-driven intelligence and national security community.“
As the philanthropic and educational arm of the Intelligence and National Security Alliance (INSA), INSF supports programs that strengthen the workforce, foster innovation, and expand pathways into national security careers.
INSF also extends its heartfelt appreciation to outgoing Board of Trustee member Tony Frazier, LeoLabs, for his service and contributions to the Foundation’s mission.
The new Trustees assumed their roles effective April 1, 2026.
