2026 William Oliver Baker Award Dinner

More than 700 intelligence, defense, cybersecurity, and national security leaders gathered on Saturday, May 30, for the 41st William Oliver Baker Award Dinner at the Omni Shoreham Hotel in Washington, D.C. The evening celebrated The Hon. Chris Inglis, former Deputy Director of the National Security Agency and the nation's first National Cyber Director, whose decades of service have helped shape the nation's approach to cybersecurity, intelligence, and public-private partnership.

Following a tribute video, Mr. Inglis took the stage to accept the award. In his acceptance remarks, Mr. Inglis reflected on the enduring importance of public service, the power of investing in people, and the need for collaboration in addressing today's most complex national security challenges, reminding attendees that "no one can achieve what all of us can."

He concluded by expressing gratitude to the generations of public servants, military personnel, intelligence professionals, and families whose often-unseen contributions safeguard the nation, reminding the audience that lasting progress is achieved not by individuals alone, but through communities united by a common mission.
