Join nearly 700 senior intelligence and national security leaders for an exceptional INSA evening as we celebrate The Honorable John C. "Chris" Inglis at the 2026 William Oliver Baker Award Dinner. This festive gathering will take place on Saturday, May 30, from 6:00-10:00 pm, at the Omni Shoreham Hotel in Washington, D.C.

As the nation’s first Senate-confirmed National Cyber Director and longtime Deputy Director of the NSA, Mr. Inglis has shaped how the United States secures and defends its digital future. His decades of leadership, integrity, and mentorship embody the values the Baker Award was created to honor.

The Baker Dinner is more than an annual tradition. It is a chance to reconnect with colleagues, build new relationships, and enjoy an evening of camaraderie in a vibrant setting alongside current and former IC leaders.
