The William Oliver Baker Award Dinner, established in 1984, is INSA’s signature annual gala recognizing outstanding leadership and lasting contributions to U.S. intelligence and national security. The 2026 Baker Dinner will take place Saturday, May 30, from 6:00-10:00 pm at the Omni Shoreham Hotel.
Drawing more than 700 senior leaders from government, industry, and academia, the evening is a vibrant celebration filled with inspiring tributes, lively conversation, and unmatched networking.
