Join 150 intelligence and national security professionals for our TS//SI/NF program, AI at Mission Scale: GenAI and HPC in National Security, on Thursday, March 12, from 8:00-10:45 am, in Chantilly, VA.

The program will be held under the Chatham House Rule. The morning begins with a networking breakfast, followed by a keynote address by Ty McCoy, IC Chief Financial Officer, ODNI, focused on the strategic resourcing of the Community’s AI future. We then transition to an expert panel discussion that moves beyond the "what" of GenAI to the "how" of sustaining it at the speed of the mission.

Topics for discussion include:

• The "Compute-to-Decision" Bottleneck: Is our biggest friction point high-side hardware, data-sharing silos, or an accreditation process (ATO) that cannot keep pace with weekly model releases?
• The Business Case for Scale: How the IC is aligning requirements, timelines, and funding to turn successful pilots into sustainable, enterprise-wide utilities.
• Governance of Autonomous Evolution: Defining "mission readiness" for AI agents and ensuring data integrity against machine-speed threats like "sleeper agent" data poisoning.
• The Workforce Multiplier: Strategies to bridge the "brain drain" and build a hybrid career path for the next generation of cleared AI engineers.
• Deepening Government-Industry Collaboration: Practical steps to improve data sharing, leverage commercial innovation at scale, and align efforts to meet operational needs.

In addition, there is ample time for Q&A, networking, and relationship building!
