Earlier this week, INSA, Defense One, Nextgov, and Perspecta hosted a virtual panel examining changes and continuities in supply chain risk management before, during, and after the COVID-19 pandemic. The program began with a fireside chat between INSA President Suzanne Wilson Heckenberg and Maj. Gen. Jennifer Napper (U.S. Army, Retired); Vice President, Army and Cyber Programs, Perspecta.
The panel discussion that followed covered how each speaker's organization views and interacts with supply chain issues, including developing standards, understanding third party risk, incentivizing secure supply chain construction, and identifying supply chain fragilities.
