INSA Opens Registration for 2022 Achievement Awards

ARLINGTON, VA (Dec. 22, 2021) – Registration is now open for the 2022 INSA Achievement Awards, which will be held at the Renaissance Arlington Capital View Hotel on Wednesday, February 16, from 6:00–9:30 p.m. ET. Now in its 12th  year, this festive program celebrates outstanding accomplishments by early- to mid-level professionals—from government, the military, the private sector, and academia—whose work supports the U.S. intelligence and national security mission.

“There are so many young professionals doing incredible work across our community,” says INSA Chairman Letitia A. Long. “Year after year, the Achievement Awards ceremony provides a forum for telling the stories of their accomplishments and recognizing their outstanding impacts on national security. This celebratory evening highlights the innovation in our community and the amazing work that gets done, often behind the scenes.”

The award ceremony will kick off with keynote remarks from LTG Scott D. Berrier, USA, Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, who will share experiences from his storied career as an intelligence officer, having served at every level from Battalion to Combatant Command. LTG Berrier’s Army, Joint Service, and Special Operations assignments include service throughout the United States, the Republic of Korea, Iraq, and Afghanistan. His leadership experience ranges from Company Commander to Commanding General and Senior Mission Commander.

In addition to LTG Berrier’s keynote remarks, the program will include appearances from Intelligence Community legends, senior leaders, and our six outstanding honorees (to be announced in early January). All event information can be found on INSAonline.org.
