About Scott Algeier
Scott C. Algeier is the Founder, President and CEO of cybersecurity consulting firm Conrad, Inc. and Executive Director of the Information Technology – Information Sharing and Analysis Center (IT-ISAC)). He has spent the past twenty years at the intersection of cybersecurity policy and operations. Conrad, Inc. provides strategic consulting and cyber threat analysis to not for profit organizations focused on cyber security and critical infrastructure protection (CIP). As part of this, Conrad, Inc. helps organizations build and implement strategies to reduce their cyber risks.
About Cheri Caddy
Cheri Caddy is the Senior Advisor for Cybersecurity in the Office of Cybersecurity, Energy Security & Emergency Response (CESER) within the Department of Energy. In this role she leads strategy and execution of cybersecurity operations, technology, and critical infrastructure protection programs, implementing DOE’s role as the Sector Risk Management Agency for the Energy Sector. Ms. Caddy leads the Department’s program for cybersecurity supply chain vulnerability testing of digital components, CyTRICS™, and is the Executive Director of the Securing Energy Infrastructure Executive Task Force.
Ms. Lauren Elinsky serves as the Chief, Counterintelligence Mission Capabilities Group at the National Counterintelligence and Security Center (NCSC), Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI). In this capacity, Ms. Elinsky directs and manages the planning, development, and implementation of programs, policies, and business processes that advance national counterintelligence mission capabilities. This includes the integration of cutting-edge technologies, data sharing, and analytical techniques that are vital to U.S. national security to gain advantage against emerging counterintelligence threats.
