Join hundreds of your colleagues from across the IC and national security communities on Tuesday, November 16 at the Hilton McLean Tysons Corner from 5:30-9:30pm ET for INSA's Leadership Dinner with General Paul M. Nakasone, USA, Commander, United States Cyber Command, Director, National Security Agency/Chief, Central Security Service.  

After the welcome reception, GEN Nakasone will provide brief remarks focused on his top policy, programmatic, and intelligence priorities. After the dinner, he will sit down with INSA Chairman Tish Long for a moderated discussion that will examine threats from state and non-state actors, the spread of disinformation, ransomware attacks on critical infrastructure providers, the implementation of the May 2021 cybersecurity executive order and other policy directives, the importance of NSA/CYBERCOM partnerships with the private sector, and more! Plus, there will be ample time for audience Q&A.

Important Health & Safety Update:

In order to enable in-person events to take place with lower risk to participants, INSA has updated the health and safety protocols for all in-person programs.

  • All attendees must be fully vaccinated or provide proof of a negative PCR COVID-19 test result. Verification of vaccination must be provided at registration by either paper or electronic documentation (including photo of card). “Fully vaccinated” means you have had a second dose of a two-dose or single-dose COVID-19 vaccine no later than 14 days before the event.
  • Attendees may bring a physical copy of their vaccine card, a photo on a phone, or a printout from your medical provider or state's vaccine registry.
  • If you are unable to be vaccinated, you may provide proof of a PCR test taken within 72 hours of the event. At-home tests will not be accepted.
  • Masks are required at all indoor events, except when eating and drinking.

These health and safety protocols are based on guidance and recommendations issued by the CDC and other public health authorities.
