All ticket sales are final and binding. It is strongly recommended that all registration requests be fully researched and examined closely prior to confirming your purchase. Once an order has been submitted it may not be cancelled. INSA reserves the right to refund purchases based upon review of any accounting or registration errors. Refund of this nature will only be approved if confirmed due to INSA system disruptions. Please contact the accounting department at accounting@insaonline.org if you believe you have been charged in error or otherwise fit the requirements of refund approval.
