INSA Security Policy Reform Council

The council engages industry and government stakeholders to develop concise, executable recommendations that would bring greater efficiency and security to the security clearance process, particularly in light of the cybersecurity breach at the Office of Personnel Management (OPM). The Council has advocated for better technology, greater clearance reciprocity amongst federal agencies, and performance measures against which to gauge the effectiveness of the security clearance process.
